History & Reporting: jump to another article
Viewing check history
Every site, line, and machine page on the web console has a check history table below it — every reading recorded there, newest first, each row showing Brix, refractive index (nD), concentration, pH, any condition note, the corrective action taken, and who recorded it.
A reading is judged against the spec it had at the time
A check’s color (in-range or out-of-range) reflects the spec range the machine actually had when that check was saved, not today’s current range. If you tighten a machine’s spec next month, last month’s already-recorded checks don’t retroactively turn red — they’re still judged against what applied when they were taken.
Filtering by date
From and To fields narrow the table to a date range — leave either blank for an open-ended range. The same two fields also drive CSV export on the same page, so what you’re looking at is exactly what you’d download.
Loading more
The table loads 30 checks at a time. Load older checks at the bottom fetches the next 30 without losing your place or your date filter.
