History & Reporting: jump to another article
Exporting to CSV
An Export (CSV) button sits on every site, line, and machine page, downloading exactly the check history for that scope — a site’s export covers every line and machine inside it, a line’s export covers every machine on it, and a machine’s export covers just that machine.
Date range
Optional From and To fields — leave both empty to export the complete history. Dates are inclusive and treated as UTC, matching how KeepSpec stores every timestamp.
What's in the file
One row per check: date and time, Brix, refractive index, concentration, pH, whether a condition was noted (and its text), the corrective action taken, and who recorded it — the same columns shown in the check table, as plain CSV for spreadsheets, audits, or whatever your own reporting needs.
