The coolant record that survives your next supplier change.

KeepSpec is the coolant management platform built by nobody who sells you fluid. Log every daily check, catch drift the moment it happens, and keep a continuous history across every machine — regardless of which brand is in the sump.

KeepSpec sells no fluid.

In use at a Japanese metalworking fluid manufacturer.

Why free isn’t free

Free software from your fluid supplier is a fluid retention tool.

It works because every check your operators log is data your supplier’s account manager sees before you do. Which machines are struggling. Which fluids are drifting. When you’re most likely to reorder. When you’re most likely to shop them.

More importantly: the day you switch fluid brands — because pricing changed, or performance did, or the rep left — your entire maintenance history goes dark. The next vendor’s app starts from zero. Your ISO auditor doesn’t care why your records disappeared.

KeepSpec has no fluid to sell you. Your history stays yours across every brand you run, every rep you fire, and every supplier bid you win.

What a check is

Walk up to the machine. Record the reading. Done.

A technician records Brix, and pH where the fluid has a meaningful one. Concentration is calculated from that fluid’s refractometer factor, so nobody does arithmetic on a clipboard. Each machine carries its own spec band.

Fall outside it and the alert reaches a phone before the technician has left the machine — not in a report on Monday, when the parts are already scrapped.

It works where the machines are

Plant floors are basements with steel roofs. KeepSpec records checks with no signal at all and syncs when the phone finds the network again — the technician never sees a spinner, and nothing is lost between the machine and the car park.

An app that needs a bar of signal is an app that gets replaced by a clipboard, and the clipboard never syncs.

It is a record, not a dashboard

Every check carries who took it and when. Nothing is quietly overwritten. When a customer asks why a batch went wrong six months ago, or an auditor asks how the fluid was maintained, the answer is a query rather than an excavation.

If you ever stop paying, your history stays readable. A compliance record you can be locked out of was never a compliance record. New checks stop; nothing disappears.

Priced on plants, because that is what scales

Unlimited technicians, machines and checks on every plan. You pay for the number of plants you run, and nothing else. Choose monthly or save two months by paying annually.
