Subscriptions and billing
Billing lives on the web console’s Billing page, visible to everyone but only changeable by an organization admin. Plans are priced by how many sites you need, with monthly or annual billing.
The trial
Choosing a plan starts a 14-day trial before the first charge — cancel inside it and you’re never billed. A reminder email arrives 7 days before the trial ends.
If billing lapses
Your history is never at risk. Whatever happens with billing, everything already recorded stays readable and exportable — what stops is new checks and new records until billing is current again. A banner explains exactly why whenever this applies, with a direct link to fix it.
Outgrowing your plan
Plans cap how many sites you can have. Add a site beyond your plan’s limit and new checks stop recording until you either archive sites back down to the limit or upgrade — existing sites and their history are unaffected either way.
Managing or cancelling
Manage billing on Stripe opens Stripe’s own billing portal — card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach KeepSpec. Cancelling keeps your plan active through the end of the current paid period rather than cutting off immediately.
