Creating your account
Accounts are created on the web console at app.keepspec.com — there’s no separate sign-up on the mobile app. Once your account exists, you use the same email and password to sign into both.
Starting a trial
From the console’s sign-in page, Start your 14-day trial opens account creation. Once you have an account, you’ll either create your own organization or be prompted to if you don’t belong to one yet — everything in KeepSpec is scoped to an organization, so this step isn’t optional. Creating one takes you straight to Sites, ready to set up.
If you were invited instead
Sign in with the email the invitation was sent to. If you belong to exactly one organization, you’re taken straight into the console — no picker to click through. If you belong to more than one, you’ll see a switcher to choose which one is active; everything you see afterward is scoped to whichever organization you picked.
Signing into the mobile app
Install the app and sign in with the same email and password — there’s nothing separate to set up. If the device is a shared plant tablet rather than your own phone, see Shared-device mode for plant tablets.
